Opus 6 Hanover Quay has won the award for Housing Project of the Year at the Building and Architect of the Year 2019 Awards. Designed by McAuley Daye O’Connell Architects, this landmark residential development is a luxury apartment building consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available to rent.
We were delighted to be invited to work on this project from an early stage. We worked together with the architects and design team to come up with some unique wayfinding signage, to include: LED lit door numbers, lift directories, directional signs glass manifestations, concierge, exterior building signs – Acrylic feature wall, car parking and even Post Boxes.
A bespoke Illuminated Door number designed by one of Cairn Homes designers and made from a combination of various materials to include Acrylic, Digital Print, Silicone, Led, Aluminium
As you see the design of this building incorporates a of Glass, CDP were commissioned to help with artistic designs while also offering privacy where need but subtlety was the key.
